Karen received her Doctorate in physical therapy from Sacred Heart university. Karen has received most of her training at NYU Hospital and White Plain's Hospital treating in both outpatient and inpatient services. With over 6 years of experience assisting patients with diverse diagnosis in regaining strength, coordination, balance and mobility to reach their highest level of functional independence.
Karen will work with you to create an appropriate plan of care to help you reach your goals. Recently Karen has grown an interest in wellness care and experience in myofascial stretching. Receiving wellness treatment sessions can help prevent future injuries with balance training and a Good stretching routine.
